Synopsis

The work "Climate detective: workbook - Vol. 1" is part of the NOSS Education for Climate Justice Series, a result of the “Participatory Research Project in Action: Education for Climate Justice in Vale do Ribeira” developed by NOSS EACH USP, with international Climate-U funding, coordinated by INCLINE USP. The central objective is to help schools become a strategic epicenter in the promotion of climate justice, creating subsidies and inspiring educators to be disseminators of knowledge for climate action and, consequently, for students to become central agents for change in their communities. The Climate Detective's methodological strategy is based on Paulo Freire's dialogic education, meaningful learning and Citizen Science. Includes participatory activities and individual reflection.
