About the Press

Goals

¤ Gather the books edited by USP units, institutes, centers and other bodies in all areas of knowledge;

¤ Publicize and provide more visibility and access to books scattered on the websites of the units, departments, personal pages, etc.;

¤ Preserve the memory of USP's scientific production.

Technical Aspects

It uses the open source software Open Monograph Press (OMP), maintained by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP), to manage and publish scientific and academic books.
