The fight for climate at the World Heritage Committee: a case study

The work investigates litigation in the World Heritage Committee and its relationship with climate litigation, using the case of Wood Buffalo National Park. The initial hypothesis suggested a strategic potential that manifested in legislative, political, and social changes, which was confirmed throughout the study.
